LICENSING ACT 2003 MAJOR VARIATION
An application has been made to London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames Council to vary a premises licence under section 34 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco, Teddington, 20-28 Broad Street, Teddington, TW11 8RF.
The variation proposes a change and extension to the hours the store can sell alcohol (as indicated below) as well as removing all embedded, Good Friday and Christmas day conditons:
PROPOSED LICENSED HOURS Monday to Sunday 06:00 – 23:59
The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Licensing Authority, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham. between normal office hours Monday to Friday except public holidays. Any representation by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham, TW1 3BZ licensing@richmond.gov.uk by 03/04/2020. Representations must be linked to one or more of the licensing objectives – The prevention of crime and disorder, Public safety, The prevention of public nuisance, The protection of children from harm. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, for which a person is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000.
