Highways Act 1980 – Section 116 Byway 10 Bobbingworth

Notice is hereby given that on the 7th May, 2020 at 10 am, an application will be made by Essex County Council as highway authority to the Chelmsford Magistrates Court sitting at 10 New Street, Chelmsford CM1 1NT for an Order under Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980. The proposed Order provides for (a) that part of the all purpose highway known as Byway 10 Bobbingworth for a total distance of approximately 420 metres from points A to B to C as shown by a bold black and white hatching on the Plan BOB 10G and on the Definitive Map TL 50 NW to be diverted to an alternative new route 4 metres in width from A to C for a length of approximately 195 metres shown by a black fine dotted shading on the Plan so as to make it shorter, safer and more commodious to the public. And (b) subject to the reservation of a bridleway over the length B-C, shown in fine diagonal hatching. The Plan showing the length of Highway to be diverted is deposited at Chelmsford Central Library, Market Road, Chelmsford CM1 1LH and at the Offices of Epping District Council High Street, Epping CM16 4BZ where it may be inspected free of charge during normal office opening hours. On the hearing of the application any person to whom notice has been given, any person who uses the said highway and any other person who would be aggrieved by the making of an Order as applied for will have a right to be heard.
(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.7) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III & IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order: To extend the existing ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on the following lengths of A113 High Road, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest:
Road: High Road, Chigwell
Description: A113 NORTH SIDE: From a point approximately 11 metres south west from the centre line of its junction with Luxborough Lane, south westwards for approximately 17 metres. From a point approximately 12.5 metres north east from the centre line of its junction with Luxborough Lane, north eastwards for approximately 15.5 metres.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tile number TQ430 922 revision 0 to revision 1. (River Way north eastern footway, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020
Further to notices: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 24/01/20 and 14/02/20.
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close the footway on the north-east side of River Way Bridge in the District of Harlow, for the entire extent of the River Way Bridge, a total length of approximately 65m. The closure is scheduled to remain in place until the 06/09/20 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public. The alternative route will be to cross River Way using the temporary controlled pedestrian crossings in place and use the footway on the south-west side of River Way. The carriageway along River Way Bridge will remain open to all other traffic throughout the closure of the footway. The Order will come into effect on 06/03/20 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Fernhall Lane, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fernhall Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Long Road for a distance of approximately 600m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31/03/2020 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CA789W000WAQFRF9B01 – BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tree cutting works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Long Street, Fernhall Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 19/03/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(High Street, Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with The Borough for a distance of approximately 1350m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/03/2020 for 40 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2289963 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway and footway repairs works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Epping Road, High Road, The Plain, Palmers Hill, High Street, Wake Arms Roundabout, Goldings Hill, Lower Road, Rectory Lane, Chigwell Lane, Abridge Road, Abridge Road Roundabout, London Road, Market Place, Ongar Road, Passingford Bridge Roundabout, Romford Road, Stanford Rivers Road, Coopers Hill and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 05/03/2020 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Long Street, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Long Street, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Fernhall Lane for a distance of approximately 645m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/03/2020 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2287928 – Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway surfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Long Street, Fernhall Lane and vice versa. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mill Lane, High Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 125m from its junction with Millfield for a distance of approximately 290m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/03/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034831481 – UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. (Pyenest Green Lane, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pyenest Green Lane, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Beech Hill Gardens for a distance of approximately 140m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30/03/2020 for 17 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000906392 – Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Spring Grove, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Summerfield Road to its junction with The Avenue for a distance of approximately 210m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/03/2020 for 72 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000905628 – Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Spring Grove, Hillcrest Road, Summerfield Road and vice versa.
