Notice of application for the grant of a premises licence NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Portsmouth City Council for the grant of a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Details of the application are as follows: Paul Caruana. Postal address of premises: Casemates 8-12, Bastion 4, Scott Road, Hilsea, PO3 5JH. It is proposed that the following licensable activities will be carried on or from the above premises: The sale of alcohol, late night refreshments & live music - Monday to Sunday - from 09:00 hours to 00:00 hours. A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below or online at www.portsmouth.gov.uk.
