Notice is hereby given that I, Elsa Kent, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as DURHAM CITY RUGBY CLUB, GREEN LANE, DURHAM. DH1 3JU - DURFEST EVENT - TO BE HELD SATURDAY 6TH JUNE 2020. For a Premises Licence for a one-off event to be held each year for Durfest Event to permit the following proposed licensable activities: - The sale by retail of alcohol (on sales only) from 11:30 - 00:30, the provision of films (indoors), recorded music, dance and anything similar (indoors & outdoors) from 11:30 - 23:00, live music from 11:30 - 00:00 (indoors & outdoors) - outdoor live music will cease at 23:00. Also, the provision of late-night refreshment (indoors & outdoors) from 23:00 - 00:30. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm.
