LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Fathima Sureiha Manivannan of MSMS Bulphan Limited, Bulphan Village Hall, Church Road, Bulphan, RM14 3RU has made an application for a new Premises Licence. The proposed timing to sell alcohol is from 0600 to 2300 daily. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Thurrock Council). All such representations shall be made in writing by 26th March 2020 to: The Licensing Authority, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL. A record of the application and statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected by appointment at the council’s office address given above, during opening hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
