BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(WELLINGTON ROAD, SANDHURST) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2020
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding eastbound along Wellington Road, Sandhurst, between the junctions with Crowthorne Road and St Helens Crescent.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order will be via Crowthorne Road, Yorktown Road, Albion Road.
The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety during telecoms works
The proposed Order will come into operation on the 23? March 2020 and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the closure will be in place between the 23rd March 2020 & 27th March 2020.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
