PUBLIC NOTICE
LAND TO SOUTH OF BURY STREET WEST, EDMONTON
Appropriation of land to the south of Bury Street West, Edmonton comprising the former Bury Lodge Depot and open space to the south of Bury Lodge Bowls Club pursuant to Section 122 of the Local Government Act 1972.
Notice is hereby given by the Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Enfield (the Council) of its intention to appropriate land to the south of Bury Street West, Edmonton comprising the former Bury Lodge Depot and open space to the south of Bury Lodge Bowls Club for planning purposes in accordance with Section 122 of the Local Government Act 1972. The appropriation will enable development pursuant to a planning permission with reference number 17 /00344/RE4 or any amendment thereto or substitution thereof. The decision to appropriate the former Bury Lodge Depot was made by the Council's Cabinet on the 16th October 2019.
