Variation to marine licence ref MLA/2012/00259/5 for the refurbishment and extension of Combwich Wharf. The Marine Management Organisation (MMO) has carried out an Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) under the Marine Works (EIA) Regulations 2007 (as amended) in relation to the refurbishment and extension of Combwich Wharf located on the River Parrett as part of Hinkley Point C Nuclear Power Station. In accordance with Regulation 22, the MMO has decided to grant EIA consent for the project, subject to certain conditions being imposed. The EIA for the Variation to marine licence ref MLA/2012/00259/5 for the refurbishment and extension of Combwich Wharf was carried out following an application relating to the project for a Marine Licence under the Marine & Coastal Access Act 2009. Following EIA consent, the Regulator will consider authorising such applications.
