Canal & River Trust River Tees Barrage Crossing Act 1990

Under part IV of the above Act Canal & River Trust hereby gives notice of proposed modifications to the existing scheme of operation for the River Tees Barrage. Copies of the proposed modified document may be inspected and obtained from Canal & River Trust, Tees Barrage, Navigation Way, Thornaby, Stockton on Tees, TS17 6QA for a period of six weeks commencing Monday 12th January 2015 between 09:30hrs and 16:00hrs Representations of the proposed modifications to the scheme of operation for the River Tees Barrage, must be made in writing stating their reason for doing so to the Waterway Manager at Canal & River Trust, Fearns Wharf, Neptune Street, Leeds, LS9 8PB. All written objections or comments must be received before Friday 20th February 2015. Following consideration of all written comments to the proposed modified document, a revised scheme of operation will be implemented by the Trust and confirmed in a further public notice.
