20/0143/HSE/RMA and 20/0144/LBC/RMA: Old St Marys House, High Street, Elstree, WD6 3HA. Single storey rear extension. Revised application to: 19/1316/HSE and 19/1317/LBC. (Application for Listed Building Consent). Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area and Green Belt.
20/0281/FUL/GO: 21 Elstree Hill North, Elstree, WD6 3EL. Single storey side extension to main building to create new lobby for Synagogue and erection of detached ancillary building containing admin office and study space to include a basement containing Mikvah. Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
