Notice is hereby given that Greene King Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the Black Horse, 65 High Street, Rottingdean, BN2 7HE for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for This is an application to change the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan, dated 2 April 2019. To allow the premises to open for an additional hour on New years Eve (currently permitted for live and recorded music). To add the following conditions to the premises licence: Signs will be displayed in the external area asking customers to be respect the rights of nearby residents and keep noise to a minimum; The external bar servery will be supervised at all times when in use; The external bar servery will be inaccessible to customers when not in use to ensure they do not have access to any alcohol, When regulated entertainment is provided in the external areas of the premises, noise checks will be carried out at the nearest noise sensitive property. A noise check log of these checks will be kept and maintained at the premises. As a minrnum the log will record the date and time of the check, the name of the person making the check, the sound level and if required, and action taken.
