Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of 36 Weale Court, Vyne Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 5NN, who died on 13/12/2014 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before 12/03/2015, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.
