We, the ArtCafe Winchester Ltd, hereby give notice that We have applied on 05/01/2015 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: The ArtCafe Winchester Ltd, 2 de Lunn Buildings, Jewry Street, Winchester SO23 8SA.
The effect of the variation is for Sale of Alcohol/Regulated Entertainment. Details: Sale of Alcohol between 11.00 and 23.00 Monday to Saturday and from 11.00 and 20.30 on Sundays. Regulated Entertainment: Low-key music nights between 19.00 and 23.00 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Film nights between 19.00 and 23.00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Head of Legal Services, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 03/02/2015; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
