Following a change in legislation, the introduction of an additional 200% premium levy was also determined at the above meeting for all domestic properties which have been vacant for a continuous period greater than five years effective from 1st April 2020. Please note that this will not affect the 100% premium that is currently charged on all properties that have been vacant for a continuous period in excess of two years
