Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Roger Anthony Keeble deceased of 72 Broadwey Close, Littlemoor, Weymouth, Dorset DT3 5PH, who died on the 5th September 2013 is required to send particulars thereof to Mustoe Shorter of 7 - 8 Frederick Place, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8HQ, no later than two months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to anyperson ofwhose claim he shall not then have had notice.
