(Bridleway 45, Rayne) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bridleway 45, Rayne, in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Gatewoods Lane to is junction with School Road, a distance of approximately 400 metres.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/03/2020 to 27/03/2020 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, and is required for the safety of the public, while installation of new fibre network is undertaken.
The alternative route will be via: Gatewoods Lane, Dunmow Road, The Street, Station Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 16/03/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Wickham Bishops Road/Hatfield Road, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wickham Bishops Road and Hatfield Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 1190m in a north and easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/03/20 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005KN1WHTFDPVL5017-ES4 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Hatfield Road, Maldon Road, Maltings Lane, Maltings Lane Roundabout, Hatfield Road - Gershwin Boulevard Roundabout, Hatfield Road, A12, Witham Bypass, Roman Road, A12, The Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12/03/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Queen Street, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Queen Street, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 65m east of its junction with Stoneham Street for a distance of approximately 40m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/03/20 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD01456703810-Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while boundary box installation works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Queen Street, Stoneham Street, Church Street, Vane Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12/03/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Parkhall Road, Gosfield in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 2145m east of the junction with Beazley End for a distance of approximately 185m in an easterly direction. (Gainsford End Road, Toppesfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gainsford End Road, Toppesfield in the District of Braintree from its junction with Mallows Lane to its junction with Carters Hill, a distance of approximately 1700m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23/03/20 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005KL1W0000060075DNO/1 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole cabling works are undertaken by BT.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Terling Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Bury Lane to its junction with Witham Road for a distance of approximately 2280m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16/03/20 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2290067- Essex County Council). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ulting Road, Hatfield Peverel in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Nounsley Road to its junction with Maldon Road, a distance of approximately 855m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11/03/20 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2284636 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 Has Made the following order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effects of The Order: To suspend various parking and waiting restrictions in Manor Street, Victoria Street and Fairfield Road, Braintree and introduce no waiting and no loading at any time. The restrictions are required to avoid danger to the public and other traffic on the road
1. To suspend no stopping except taxis and replace with no waiting and no loading at any time in the following lengths of road in the district of Braintree
Road Description
Manor Street, i. South side, from a point approximately 2.21 metres west of the eastern property Braintree wall of no.16, in a westerly direction for an approximate distance of 10 metres
ii. South side from a point approximately 4 metres west, of the eastern property wall of no.14 in a westerly direction for approximate distance of 17.5 metres.
iii. South side, from a point approximately 8 metres west of the un-named access road leading to the bus park, in a westerly direction for an approximate distance of 35 metres.

The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 is temporarily amended in so far as it relates to the parking and waiting restrictions detailed in this Notice.
The Order came into operation on 02 March 2020 and may continue in force for up to 18 months or until it is made permanent
