ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure The Vineyard, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a crane operation, they intend to make

a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in The Vineyard, Richmond.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in The Vineyard between its junction with Mount Ararat Road and a point outside the rear of 44 Mount Ararat Road

3. The order will come into effect on 18 March 2020. The restrictions will be in force between 6am and 10am on 18 March 2020 only and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Onslow Avenue and Onslow Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Waiting Restrictions Argyle Avenue and Whitton Waye, Whitton

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a temporary waiting restriction in Argyle Avenue and Whitton Waye, Whitton.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Argyle Avenue and Whitton Waye. The works will be carried on a rolling basis.

3. The Order will come into effect on 16 March 2020. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 16 March 2020 until 27 March 2020. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

5. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate telecom poll works, they have made

a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Harvey Road, Whitton
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Harvey Road, from a point outside No. 46 Harvey Road to a point outside No. 58 Harvey Road.

3. The order will come into effect on 16 March 2020. The restrictions will be in force between 7pm and 11pm on 16 March 2020 only and whilst signs/cones are in place. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Harvey Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Church Road, Ham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that they have made a temporary Order, the effect of which is to introduce a road closure in part of Church Road, Ham.

2. The length of Church Road affected by the order passes through an area where common toads are known to cross the carriageway during their annual migration from hibernation to breeding areas. The road closure

is intended to allow the toads to cross the carriageway unharmed and to eliminate the risk of accidents if drivers were to be distracted by the presence of these creatures in their path.
3. Whilst Church Road is closed, an alternative route for northbound traffic will be Church Road, Upper Ham Road and Ham Gate Avenue. An alternative route for southbound traffic will be as above but in the reverse direction.

4. The order will come into effect on 9 March 2020 and will remain in force until 4pm on 2 April 2020.

5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle requiring access to or from "Wilmer House", Church Road from or in the direction of Latchmere Lane and to or from the rear of Park Gate house from Church Road;

(b) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(c) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES NOTICE OF VARIATION TO OFF STREET PARKING CHARGES
(Ref 20/038)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames hereby gives notice under section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that revised car parking charges will come into effect on 1 April 2020.

2. The revised charges for pay and display car parks are set out in Schedule 1 below for the parking places affected by the changes together with the existing charges.

3. The revised charges for pay-on-foot car parks are set out in Schedule 2 below for the parking places affected by the changes together with the existing charges.

4. The revised charges for residents' quarterly season tickets are set out in Schedule 3 below for the parking places affected by the changes together with the existing charges.

5. The revised charges for businesses' quarterly season tickets are set out in Schedule 4 below for the parking places affected by the changes together with the existing charges.

6. For residents of the borough under the age of 75, the discount will be 10% of the Tier 3 charge or free parking for a stay of no more than 30 minutes. For the purpose of this Notice, this is known as the "Tier 2" charge.

7. For residents of the borough over the age of 75, the discount will be 20% of the Tier 3 charge or the concessionary free parking period for a stay of no more than 30 minutes. For the purpose of this Notice this is known as the "Tier 1" charge.
