STREET TRADING – VARIATION OF A RESOLUTION
Under Section 27(4) of the London Local Authorities Act 1990 (as amended), the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives notice of intention to make a resolution varying the standard conditions to be applied to Street Trading licences. The proposed variation is to:
l introduce a commodities list, including a restricted items list.
This list sets out which items the Council will ordinarily permit to be traded, and which items will not normally be permitted to be sold under a street trading permission. Full details of the commodities included within the list can be found at Appendix D of the report to Licensing Committee on 24th February 2020 available on the Council’s website at www.sutton.gov.uk The proposed changes are intended to take effect from 1 May 2020. Any person wishing to make written representation concerning the proposed conditions of licence must do so in writing within 28 days of the date of this publication.
