Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(A449 Malvern Road, Worcester) (Temporary

Closure) Order 2020

Proposed Order: to close that part of A449 Malvern Road from its junction with U62029 Old Road to its junction with A4440 Temeside Way. Reason: Drainage Work/Ducting Work by Worcestershire Highways.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Southbound Diversion - A449 Bromwich Road, A44 Bull Ring, A44 Bromyard Road, A4440 Grove Way and

A4440 Hams Way.

Northbound Diversion - A4440 Hams Way, A4440 Grove Way, A44 Bromyard Road, A44 Bull Ring, A44 Tybridge Street, A44 Hylton Road, A44 New Road and A449 Bromwich Road.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 nights Commencing: 23 March 2020.

(District of Wychavon - Non-Urban Areas) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2020 [Prohibition of Waiting on Plough Road and Evelench Lane, Tibberton]

On 20 February 2020 Worcestershire County Council madean Ordertheeffectofwhich willbetoprohibit waiting at any time on the following sides and lengths of roads in Tibberton:-

Plough Road (east side) from its junction with Evelench Lane for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly directionand10metresinasoutherlydirection;(both sides) from a point 67 metres south of its junction with Evelench Lane for a distance of 20 metres i n a southerly direction.EvelenchLane(bothsides)fromitsjunction with Plough Road for a distance of 15 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

The Order will come into operation on 12 March 2020.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wychavon District Council, Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Station Road, Pershore WR10 1PT and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.

The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Courtwithin 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(U51117 Randwick Drive, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2020

Order Made: to close that part of Randwick Drive from itsjunction with TetburyDrivefor adistanceof 511 metres in a south easterly direction. Reason: New/ReplacementWater Main. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U51113 Tetbury Drive and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days Commencing: 11 March 2020.

(Church Lane, Whittington) (Temporary Closure)

Order 2020

Proposed Order: to close that part of Church Lane from its junction with Old Road to its junction with Walkers Lane.

Reason: Footway Reconstruction Works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
