Notice of Public Consultation Exhibition regarding Development Proposals at Lansdowne

The Watkin Jones Group is preparing a planning application for the comprehensive mixed use redevelopment of three key sites located in the Lansdowne area of Bournemouth. Development on land at Holdenhurst Road, Oxford Road and Christchurch Road will provide new buildings with space suitable for offices/business and educational uses, purpose-built managed student accommodation, a health centre and other retail/commercial uses.

 A public exhibition providing more information about the proposals and the opportunity to ask questions and comment is being held at the Roundhouse Hotel, 1 Meyrick Road, Bournemouth BH1 2PR. Opening times 4pm - 7pm on Monday 12 and Tuesday 13 January 2015
