Notice is hereby given that I, Wax and Beans Ltd, have applied on 29/02/2020 to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for Wax and Beans Ltd, 16 Market St, Bury, BL9 0AJ to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday to Sunday 12:00 - 00:00 and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - Music, Singing, Live performers, Playing of recorded sound, Provision of Late Night Refreshment between the following hours: Monday to Sunday 07:00 - 00:00 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke St, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of the application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10:00 - 16:00 Mon to Fri. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
