NOTICE is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Rita Ritson late of Jaynar, Dunfell, Horsley, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 0NU who died on the 28th November 2019 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitor for the Executors namely Phillip Bryson Clark, Patricia Maria Urwin and Michael James Macgregor on or before the 10th May 2020 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
