LONDON BOROUGH OF BROMLEY The Bromley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 2003 (Amendment No. ***) Order 2020. The Bromley (Loading Places) Order 2009 (Amendment No. **) Order 2020. (Beckenham Road; Ravenswood Crescent; Red Lodge Road and Station Road, West Wickham)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Orders would be to:-
(a) introduce waiting and loading restrictions as specified in the Schedule to this notice;
(b) introduce a loading/unloading bay as specified in the Schedule to this notice.
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and persons are contained In the original Orders.
A copy of the proposed orders, of the plans of the scheme and of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at the Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, Kent.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the Director of Environment and Public Protection, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/ RP/T100/676 not later than 25th March 2020.
Persons objecting to the proposed orders should be aware that under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open to public inspection.
SCHEDULE:-
WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS
No Waiting At Any Time:-
BECKENHAM ROAD, West Wickham, (a) the north east side, from its junction with Red Lodge Road north westwards to a point 7m south east of the south eastern boundary of No. 4; (b) the south west side, from its junction with Ravenswood Crescent north westwards to a point 3m south east of the common boundary o1 Nos. 17 & 19.
RAVENSWOOD CRESCENT, West Wickham, (a) the north side, from its junction with Beckenham Road westwards to a point 3m east of the eastern flank wall of No. 4; (b) the south side, (i) from its junction with Station Road westwards to a point 2.5m east of the party wall of Nos. 3 & 5; (ii) from a point 2m west of the party wall of Nos. 5 & 7 and No. 9 westwards to a point 1 m west of the western flank wall of Nos. 25 & 27.
RED LODGE ROAD, West Wickham, (a) the north west side, from its junction with Beckenham Road north eastwards to a point 4.5m south of the northern flank wall of 'Hazelwood Lodge'; (b) the south east and east sides, from its junction with Station Road north eastwards to a point 4.5m south of a point opposite the northern flank wall of 'Hazelwood Lodge'.
STATION APPROACH, West Wickham, both sides, from the north eastern kerbline of Beckenham Road north eastwards to a point in line with the south western wall of No. 14 Red Lodge Road.
STATION ROAD, West Wickham, the west side, from its junction with Ravenswood Crescent southwards to the party wall of Nos. 20 & 22.
No Waiting or Loading between 7am and 10am and between 4pm and 8pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive:-
RAVENSWOOD CRESCENT, West Wickham, the south side, from a point 2.5m east of the party wall of Nos. 3 & 5 westwards to a point 2m west of the party wall of Nos. 5 & 7 and No. 9.
LOADING BAY
Loading/Unloading Only between 10am and 4pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive - Any Vehicles
RAVENSWOOD CRESCENT, West Wickham, the south side, from a point 2.5m east of the party wall of Nos. 3 & 5 westwards to a point 2m west of the party wall of Nos. 5 & 7 and No. 9.
