No. 3) Order 2020 The Haringey (Wood Green CPZ) (Cashless) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 1) Order 2020
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 3rd March 2020 made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The Orders will permanently continue the provisions of Orders advertised in a Notice dated 15th May 2019.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to permanently change the operational hours relating to some of the existing shared use payment/ permit parking places in the Wood Green Controlled Parking Zone. The parking places affected are in Alexandra Road, Burghley Road, Vernon Road and Waldegrave Road at their junctions with Turnpike Lane and on the south side of Lyttleton Road in the Wood Green CPZ inner zone area and in Willoughby Road, at its junction with Turnpike Lane in the Wood Green CPZ outer zone area. Those parking places in the afore-mentioned roads in the Wood Green CPZ inner zone area will operate between the hours of 8am and 10pm with parking restricted to 'pay by phone' payment parking only between the hours of 8am and 7pm and parking restricted to resident permit holders between the hours of 7pm and 10pm. The parking place in Willoughby Road in the Wood Green CPZ outer zone area will operate between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm on Mondays to Saturdays and will be restricted to 'pay by phone' payment parking only. All 'pay by phone' payment parking places referred to in this Notice will have a maximum stay of 2 hours with no return by the same vehicle to the same parking place for a minimum of 2 hours. The existing 2 hour parking tariff for Wood Green CPZ will apply.
3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 5th March 2020, of the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Orders, together with plans and more detailed particulars showing the locations and effects of the Orders may be inspected, throughout the period that it is in force, during normal office working hours, at the reception Desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online at

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders or of any of its provisions on the grounds they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
