LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Mahir Arda has applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Haringey for a Premises Licence to permit Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises: from 0710 to 2310 - Monday to Sunday for the premises: Miran Minimarket, 40 Tilson Road N17 9UY. A register of liaising applications can be inspected at Hie Licensing Team, Level 6, Alexandra House 10 Station Road Wood Green N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the register can be made by telephoning 020 8469 1335 during office hours. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in wring to the London Borough ol Haringey Licensing Team at the address above, giving in detail the grounds of tie representation no later than: 23/03/2020. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that is identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into tie put* domain. Representations must relate to one oi more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to willingly or recklessly make a fake statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable or summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
