The Secretary of State givesnoticeofanOrder made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (East) (No.06) Order 2020" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped southern part width of High Street adjoining the north eastern boundary of the former Golden Lion Public House at London Colney in the City and District of St Albans to enabledevelopment as permitted by St Albans City and District Council, references 5/19/1284 &5/19/1113.
Copies of the Order maybeobtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State,National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House,Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park,Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or

(quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/3800) and maybe inspected during normal opening hours at London Colney Public Library,Community Centre, Caledon Road, London Colney,Hertfordshire AL2 1PU.
Anyperson aggrievedbyordesiring to question the validity of or anyprovisionwithin the Order, on the grounds thatitisnot within the powers of the aboveAct or that anyrequirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6weeks of 4March 2020 applytothe High Court forthe suspension or quashing of the Order or of anyprovision included.
