Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 41434
Bagpath Lane outside the property known as Bentpenny House for a distance
of approximately 20 metres.
The reason for the closure is to repair a water pipe.
The road is expected to be closed from 9th March 2020 until the

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF FOOTPATH ZNA 6 (NAILSWORTH TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT
NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14,15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath ZNA 6 from its junction with Moffatt Road extending in a generally north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 70 metres to its junction with Upper Hayes Road.
The closures are necessary to safeguard the public whilst works take place to install a pipe.
The Order will come into force on the 9th March 2020 and it is anticipated that the footpath will close on that day until 23rd March 2020. However, the Order can permit the closure of the Footpath for up to six months from the date of the initial closure. After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.

Pedestrian access to properties and emergency access will be maintained for the duration of the works.

Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close and restrict part of the 47603 Rowcroft Retreat outside Lloyds Bank for a distance of approximately 30 metres.
There will be no parking or waiting permitted throughout the duration of the works.
The reason for the closure is for masonry repairs to Lloyds Bank that require scaffolding that will block the road.
The Gloucestershire County Council On Street Parking Order 2017 will be suspended for the duration of the works only in relation to the loading bay along King Street opposite Rowcroft retreat to enable taxis to park and wait within the said loading bay without restriction. The road is expected to be closed from 2nd March 2020 until 24th April 2020 or until the works have been completed.
