To Whom It May Concern: We Farm and Pet Place Limited do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the variation of our Premises Licence at, Rhuddlan Roundabout, Abergele, LL22 7HZ known as petplace The application is to: - Amend the opening hours and licensable activities. It is also to allow the sale & supply of alcohol on the premises. Hours and activities as follows: Films Indoors Monday to Sunday - 08.00 - 23.00 Indoor Sporting Events Monday to Sunday - 08.00 - 23.00 Live Music Indoors Monday to Sunday - 08.00 - 23.00 Recorded Music Indoors Monday - Sunday - 15.00 - 23.00 Supply of Alcohol on the Premises Monday to Sunday - 08.00 - 23.00 Hours open to the Public Monday to Friday 08.30 - 23.00 Sat & Sun - 09.00 - 23.00 Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, CONWY, LL30 9GN not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
