PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION

Notice is given that Anthony and Ann Buckton have applied to West Dorset District Council for a new premises licence in respect of Copper Street Brewery at 8 Copper Street, Brewery Square, Dorchester for the provision of alcohol for off-site consumption generally between the hours of 10:00 to 21:00 hours Monday to Saturday; and for the provision of alcohol for on-site consumption generally between the hours of 10:00 to 21:00 hours Monday to Saturday. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
