NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE Licensing Act 2003

Chorleywood Parish Council has applied to the Licensing Authority of Three Rivers District Council for a new premises licence at:-Chorleywood Common, Rickmansworth Road, Chorleywood, WD3 5SL. If granted it will allow the following activities: - live music, recorded music and the performance of dance, outdoor cinema, selling and supply of alcohol and will be held on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Mondays between the hours of 11am and 10.30pm. These events will be held sporadically throughout the year for events such as Village Day. Timings are maximums and the Friday and Mondays will be bank holidays only. UNDER SECTION 158 LICENSING ACT 2003 IT IS AN OFFENCE TO KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH AN APPLICATION. THE MAXIMUM FINE ON SUMMARY CONVICTION FOR THIS OFFENCE IS UNLIMITED.
