THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire County Council (Temporary Prohibition of through traffic) (Various Roads, South Bucks) Order, 2020, which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in various roads in [South Bucks District] as specified in the schedule below. The closures are required whilst headline treatment, lining and Ironworks take place between [2 March 2020] and [5 June 2020]. The proposed order will come into operation on 2 March 2020 and will be in effect when signed and between times as per schedule below on the days signed, with a maximum duration of 18 months. SCHEDULE - "AR" = Alternative route Station Road, Beaconsfield from Wycombe End to the railway bridge. AR-Station Road, Penn Road, Witheridge Lane, Church Road, Elm Road, School Road, Hazlemere Road, Amersham Road, Amersham Hill, Crendon Street, Easton Street, Abbey Way, London Road, Gordon Road, Knaves Beech, White Hill, Wycombe End and Holtspur Top Lane. Langley Park Road, Wexham from Wood Lane to County Boundary. AR-Langley Park Road, High Street, Thorney Lane North, Thorney Lane South, Thorney Mill Road, Richings Way, North Park, Parlaunt Road and Station Road. White Hill, Baconsfield on the double roundabouts including approaches. AR1-Wycombe End, London End, Park Lane, Amersham Road, Gore Hill, Amersham Bypass, Whielden Lane, Penn Road, Totteridge Lane, Amersham Hill, Crendon Street, Easton Street, Abbey Way, London Road, Gordon Road, Knaves Beech and White Hill. PLEASE NOTE: The full duration of this multi-order is to allow coordination of a number of works, and flexibility given their weather dependant nature. The actual times that each road will be closed for will be much less than this, and could be either day or night works only. The full details will be publicised on one.network when confirmed, with signs on the affected road erected two weeks before the closure.
