LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Mexican Grill Ltd has applied to Reading Council on 17th February 2020 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Tortilla, 4/6 Broad Street, Reading RG1 2BH for the provision of the provision of late night refreshment (indoors) Monday to Sunday 23:00 – 00:00 and the sale by retail of alcohol (on an off) Monday to Sunday 10:00 – 00:00; plus non-standard hours; all as more particularly set out in the application and plan attached thereto. Any person wishing to make representation to this application must do so in writing to: Reading Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU, to be received by no later than 16th March 2020 stating the grounds for making said representation. No written representations will have personal details removed unless the licensing authority deems it appropriate to do so. Any request for personal details to be removed should be notified to the Licensing Authority at the time of making the representation.
