LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Mexican Grill Ltd has applied to Reading Council on 17th February 2020 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Tortilla, 4/6 Broad Street, Reading RG1 2BH for the provision of the provision of late night refreshment (indoors) Monday to Sunday 23:00 – 00:00 and the sale by retail of alcohol (on an off) Monday to Sunday 10:00 – 00:00; plus non-standard hours; all as more particularly set out in the application and plan attached thereto. Any person wishing to make representation to this application must do so in writing to: Reading Borough Council, Licensing Section, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU, to be received by no later than 16th March 2020 stating the grounds for making said representation. No written representations will have personal details removed unless the licensing authority deems it appropriate to do so. Any request for personal details to be removed should be notified to the Licensing Authority at the time of making the representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected at Reading Borough Council by prior arrangement between the hours of 9am to 5pm - please ring 0118 9373762 to make an appointment, or via email to licensing@reading.gov.uk It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
