Notice of a Variation To Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Flying Leisure LTD has applied in respect of the Simply Coffee, 45 Osborne street, Colchester, Essex Co2 7DB, for variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of late night refreshment until 3am and the sale of alcohol until midnight 7 days a week.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 9th February 2015, to the Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO BOX 889, Town Hall Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
