A Responsible Authority oi Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing to: Durham County Council, PO Box 617 Durham DH19HZ by 16 March 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection wi an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
