Teddington Stores Limited, The Hut, Gilders Truck Stop, Teddington Hands, Evesham Road, Teddington, Gloucestershire GL20 8NE The applicant proposes to carry on the following licensable activities or qualifying club activities on or from the above premises/club premises as follows: Sale/Supply of Alcohol for Consumption on or off the premises
Any responsible authority or other person who wishes to make representations in relation to the application must make them in writing to, Licensing Department, Tewkesbury Borough Council, Council Offices, Gloucester Rd, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 5TT, where the licensing register and application record may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours.
Representations in relation to the application from responsible authorities or other persons must be made no later than 12th March 2020 ft is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is Level 5 on the standard scale (£5000) Dated the 7th day of February 2020
