PROTECTION OF BADGERS ACT 1992 - TB CONTROL Notification of an application for a Supplementary Badger Control Licence for the purpose of continuing to prevent the spread of bovine TB under section 10(2)(a) of the Protection of Badgers Act 1992.

Notice is hereby given that Natural England has received applications

for supplementary badger control licences to cull badgers in the

county of Herefordshire.

This Notice gives the public Opportunity to Comment (OTC) on the potential impacts to their business or livelihoods if a licence application were successful. The OTC is not seeking comments on the Government's overall policy on bTB and badger control, a public consultation on which has previously been held.
