Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Basildon Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, 1 Danacre Laindon Basildon SS15 5PT for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority [Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing and received no later than 25/03/2020 Representations should be sent to:- The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre St Martin's Square Basildon Essex SS14 1DL A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard.
