Notice is hereby given that Onriver (UK) Limited has applied to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead on 13/02/2020 for the grant of a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for use at the premises known as OnRiver Cafe, 6/7 Market Street, Windsor, Berkshire SL4 1PB. The proposed licensable activities are The Retail Sale of Alcohol: Mon. -Sat. 11.30 to 23.30 & Sun. 11.30 to 23.00. Late Night Refreshment: Mon. - Sat. 23.00 to 00.00 & Sun. 23.00 to 23.30.

or inspected at their offices at Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead SL6 1RF during normal office hours. Any Person wishing to submit representations to the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, giving in detail the grounds for the objection. Representations must be received no later than 12/03/2020. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.
