TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (North West) (No.6) Order 2020" authorising the stopping up of an irregular shaped area of highway comprising an eastern part width of Mallowdale Close, a length of unnamed highway as leads off Mallowdale Close and the Mallowdale Close car parking area at Eastham in the Metropolitan Borough of the Wirral to enable development as permitted by Wirral Council, under references APP/18/00445 and NMA/19/00207.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or

(quoting NATTRAN/NW/S247/4071) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Eastham Library, Mill Park Drive, Eastham, Wirral CH62 9AN.
Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 26 February 2020 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
