Notice is hereby given that Osman Rasih has applied in respect of the Silk Road VIP Lounge, 4 St Botolphs Street for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: To amend the hours for regulated entertainment, sale of alcohol and hours of opening. To improve conditions attached to the licence and remove any outdated/unenforceable conditions Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 20/03/2020 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
