NOTICE UNDER THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997
Inverclyde Council has prepared draft Supplementary Guidance on Planning Application Advice Notes, associated with the adopted Inverclyde Local Development Plan.
The Draft Supplementary Guidance sets out advice and guidance on the Council's expectations with regard to planning applications for: backland and tandem residential development; single plot residential development; private and public open space provision in new residential development; house extensions; outdoor seating areas; dormer windows; windows and rooflights in conservation areas and listed buildings; siting and design of new houses in the green belt and countryside; siting and design of new farm buildings; signage and advertisements; and shopfront design.
The draft Supplementary Guidance is a consultative document intended to generate responses. Copies of the documents are available for viewing from 8.45am to 4.45pm Monday - Thursday and from 8.45am to 4.00pm on Friday at Regeneration and Planning, Municipal Buildings, Clyde Square, Greenock, PA15 1LY, Tel 01475 712491.
