Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises Known as Yates, Church Lane, Lower Ousegate, York YOl  9QT applied to City of York Council for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: I.To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant The only alteration being to license the external area as shown on the plans submitted to permit sale of alcohol within this area. 2. To remove and add conditions to die Premises Licence agreed with the Police Licensing Officer, as detailed in our application. Please see application for full details.
