(OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2013 NOTICE OF VARIATION

NOTICE is hereby given that Hambleton District Council in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 will vary the car parking charges in the above Order as set out below. One hour parking in the following Parking Bays: Northallerton Hambleton Forum Short Stay Car Park, Stokesley Showfield Car Park, Thirsk Marage Car Park and Thirsk Millgate Car Park is to be increased from £0.80 to £1.00

Two hours parking in the following Parking Bays: Northallerton Hambleton Forum Short Stay Car Park, Stokesley Showfield Car Park, Thirsk Marage Car Park and Thirsk Millgate Car Park is to be increased from £1.60 to

£2.00 and Northallerton Applegarth Short Stay

Car Park and Thirsk Market Place Car Park is to be increased from £0.80 to £1.00. Three hours parking in the following Parking Bays: Northallerton Hambleton Forum Short Stay Car Park, Thirsk Millgate Car Park, Thirsk Marage Car Park and Stokesley Showfield Car

Park is to be increased from £2.40 to £3.00.

Four hours parking in the Parking Bays at Northallerton Hambleton Forum Short Stay Car Park is to be increased from £3.20

to £4.00.

Up to 10 hours parking in the following Parking Bays: Bedale Auction Mart Car Park and Bedale Bridge Street Car Park is to be

increased from £1.20 to £1.50.

Up to 10 hours parking in the following Parking Bays: Northallerton Applegarth Long Stay Car Park, Northallerton Hambleton Forum Long Stay Car Park, Stokesley Showfield Car Park, Thirsk Marage Car Park, Thirsk Millgate Car Park and Thirsk Nursery Car Park is to be

increased from £3.20 to £4.00.

Overnight HGV parking in Northallerton Applegarth Long Stay Car Park is to be

increased from £9.00 to £12.00.

This Variation will come into force on

1 April 2020
