(Tweed Avenue, Peebles) (Temporary Closing) Order 2020
The Scottish Borders Council (Tweed Avenue, Peebles) (Temporary Closing) Order 2020 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 24 February 2020 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of three weeks between the hours of 08:30 and 15:30 each day. The Order is required for street lighting works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permitto be driven any vehicle along Tweed Avenue, Peebles from Walkershaugh to Tweed Brae. There is no alternative route.
