SWANAGE CRICKET CLUB

has applied to Dorset Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Swanage Cricket Club, Ulwell Road, Swanage, BH19 1LG and propose to carry on the following activities:- Sale of Alcohol, and/or an exhibition of a film; and/or a performance of live music; and/or any playing of recorded music.

Applications are available for public inspection at Dorset Council, Westport House, Worgret Rd, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5PP or on

Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 14 February 2020 and 13 March 2020.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
