(Outline Application to include access, appearance, layout & scale with landscaping matters reserved.) Reason: Major Development.
20/0119/FUL/PHA: Land at 102 To 104A And Rear Of 100 To 104A, London Road, Shenley. Redevelopment of the site to include change of use of existing rear ground floor offices to residential (C3), construction of a first floor rear extension to adapt the layout of existing flat and create an additional 2x1 bed apartments at ground & first floor levels. Demolition of existing garages and outbuildings to the rear and construction of 3 x 2 bed, 2 storey terrace dwellings with associated access, parking and Landscaping. Reason: Green Belt and Conservation Area.
20/0172/HSE/LG: Seymour House, Barnet Lane, Elstree, Hertfordshire WD6 3RH. Construction of part single/part two storey rear extension to include new pitched roof to front porch. Conversion of loft to habitable room to include a half hip to gable roof alteration, insertion of roof lights to front & rear elevations and two rear dormers (revised application). Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.
20/0191/LBC/GO: The Store Barn, Theobald Street, Borehamwood, WD6 4SH. Replacement of a timber window and cill. Reason: Listed Building.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
