The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011 Part 2, Regulation 17. Publicity where an Environmental Statement is submitted after the planning application

ROMAN GARDENS, LAND AT MOUNTNESSING ROUNDABOUT, MOUNTNESSING, CM15 0TZ.

An outline planning application (Ref: 14/01446/OUT) for the construction of 85 residential units together with commercial building (Class B1A Office), open space, park/childrens play area, riverside walk, car parking and landscaping was submitted to the Brentwood Borough Council, Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY on 11th December 2014 by the applicant Development Securities (37) Ltd.

An Environmental Statement has been prepared by RPS Planning and Development Ltd to accompany the application and will be submitted to Brentwood Borough Council on 19th January 2015. A copy of the application and plans together with the Environmental Statement, accompanying documents and a Non-Technical Summary may be inspected at the following locations until 9th February 2015:
1) Offices of Brentwood Borough Council, Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY during normal office hours
2) Online at:http://www.brentwood.gov.uk/ Hard copies of the Non-Technical Summary are available free of charge.

Hard copies of the Environmental Statement and its Technical Appendices can be purchased at a cost of £150 per copy or on CD Rom for a cost of £5 (all costs exclude postage and packaging). These documents can be obtained on request to RPS at the address below:
