ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS! ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
SANGLEY ROAD. THORNTON HEATH
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Sangley Road, South Norwood.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Sangley Road, between its junction with Huntly Road and No.27 Sangley Road;

(b) parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will be applied outside and opposite no.24 to no.26 Sangley Road, and outside and opposite no.33 to no.35 Sangley Road.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be via alternative streets as appropriately sign posted.

4. The restrictions detailed above will not apply to any vehicle involved

in carrying out the said works, any vehicle used for ambulance, police or fire brigade purposes or to anything done with the permission of a police officer in uniform.
5. The Order will come into operation on 02 March 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

MARLPIT LANE. COULSDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate repairs to the rail bridge in Marlpit Lane, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Marlpit Lane, Coulsdon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Marlpit Lane between its junction with Ullswater Crescent and the A23 Farthing Way slip road.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for Brighton Road, Stoats Nest Road, Coulsdon Road and Marlpit Lane as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 08 March 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in one day between 8am and 5pm. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984. SECTION 16A AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION (SPECIAL EVENTS) ACT 1994 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER CROYDON HALF MARATHON ASSOCIATED RESTRICTIONS
1. Croydon Council, with the agreement of Transport for London, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the staging of the Croydon Half Marathon they intend to make an Order, the effect of which will be to:
(a) temporarily introduce one-way working in Oaks Road in a south­westerly direction;

(b) temporarily introduce 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions in Ranmore Avenue and Deepdene Avenue;

(c) temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding in the roads specified in column 1 below at their junctions with the roads specified in column 2 below:

2. Nothing in the Order shall apply:


a) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform:


b) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency, such as the loss of supplies of gas, electricity or water to premises in the area, which necessitates the bringing of vehicles into a section of road to which the order applies

3. The provisions of the Order will not prevent access being maintained for pedestrians to any premises situated on or adjacent to any road to which this Order relates, or to any other premises accessible from, and only from, such a road.

4. The Order will come into effect on 15 March 2020 and will remain in force for one day. Whilst the prohibitions remain in force the alternative route for diverted traffic displaced by the one-way working in Oaks Road will be via Coombe Road, Melville Avenue, Croham Road, Croham Valley Road, Ballards Way, Coombe Lane and Shirley Hills Road.

CROYDON COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984 SECTION 14. AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS! ACT 1991 TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING PAMPISFORD ROAD. PURLEY
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main works they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Pampisford Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place in Pampisford Road directional closures will apply in Pampisford Road at the times and dates shown below.

- 22 February 2020 to 23 February 2020 - road closed to north-eastbound traffic between Russell Hill Road/Purley Way and Christchurch Road.

- 29 February 2020 to 01 March 2020 - road closed south-westbound traffic between Russell Hill Road/Purley Way and Christchurch Road.

3. During the works adjacent parking bays will be suspended and bus stops may be suspended and relocated as necessary.

4. Whilst the works are taking place the alternative routes for diverted traffic will be via Pampisford Road, Edgehill Road, Purley Way or via Christchurch Road, Brighton Road, Purley Way, Banstead Road, and Foxley Lane.

5. The Order will come into operation on the 22 February 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out as above. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

6. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) A vehicle carrying out the said works;


(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

PALMER'S ROAD. NORBURY
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate pipe replacement works on behalf of Thames Water they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict parking in Palmer's Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place waiting restrictions will apply prohibiting parking at any time in Palmer's Road:

a) on both sides outside Nos. 1 to 15 Palmer's Road and on the even-numbered side only outside Nos. 8 to 12 Palmer's Road, from 24 February to 26 February 2020, between 8am and 4pm each day;

b) on both sides outside Nos. 17 to 31 Palmer's Road from 27 February to 03 March 2020, between 8am and 4pm each day.

3. The Order will come into operation on the 24 February 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately nine days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) A vehicle involved in the said works;

(b) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) Anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place waiting restrictions will apply prohibiting parking at any time in Wyche Grove:

a) on both sides outside Nos. 2 to 16 Wyche Grove from 24 February to 26 February 2020, between 8am and 4pm each day;

b) on both sides outside Nos. 1 to 15 Wyche Grove from 27 February to 03 March 2020, between 8am and 4pm each day.

3. The Order will come into operation on the 24 February 2020 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately nine days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) A vehicle involved in the said works;

(b) A vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Norbury Road, Thornton Heath.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

a) Norbury Road will be closed at its junction with Beulah Crescent;

b) Waiting and loading restrictions will be introduced in Norbury Road at its junction with Beulah Crescent as required to facilitate the works.
