Notice is hereby given that Odeon Cinemas Limited has applied to Epsom and Ewell Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of Odeon Cinema, 14B-18 Upper High Street, Epsom KT17 4QJ and intends to vary the Premises Licence to amend the commencement time for the provision of regulated entertainment to 08.00 on Mondays to Sundays and to allow the premises to open on Good Fridays for the provision of regulated entertainment from 08.00 to 02.00, supply of alcohol from 09.00 to 02.00 and late night refreshment from 23.00 to 02.00. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.
