Notice of Making of an Order Highways Act 1980 EssexCounty Council Public Path Diversion Order 2020 Footpath 1 Nazeing In the District of Epping Forest The above order, made on 07 February 2020, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert apart length of Footpath 1commencing from apoint approximately 100 metres south east of NurseryRoad on the south eastern side of the garden hedge/fence of the property known as Naivette EN9 2JQ (grid ref: 53895,20677), proceeding generally south westward through the trees/hedge on the northern side of the fence to a point on the southern side of the Naivette fence approximately 15 metres further south west at grid ref: 53894,20676, to an alternative route commencing at theaforementioned point on the south eastern side of the Naivette garden hedge/fence, running in asouth westward direction for a distance of approximately 14 metres on the southern side of the Naivette garden hedge/fence to re-join the existing unaffected path as shown on the order map.

(Hamlet Hill, Roydon) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Hamlet Hill, Roydon in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 225m west of its junction with Reeves Lane for adistance of approximately 390m in awesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/03/20 for 2days, or where stated on avalid permit (EP201EH2281091 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may varyfor theseworks with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Hamlet Hill, Tylers Road, Epping Road Roundabout, Epping Road, Water Lane, Common Road, Nazeing Common, Middle Street, North Street, Pecks Hill, Sedge Green and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 27/02/20 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, District of Epping Forest) (TemporaryProhibition of Traffic &Clearway &) (No.2) Order 2020
Notice is hereby given thatthe Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Epping Forest as specified in the schedule to this Order
2. Atemporary'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary'No Waiting atAnyTime' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only.All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to thatOrder shallremain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 27/02/20, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergencyservices. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. Effect of the order: To temporarily close thatlength of Monkswood Avenue, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from apoint approximately 30m west of its junction with Windsor Wood for adistance of approximately 45m in asouthwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 09/03/20 for 5days, or where stated on avalid permit (AZ0081000893512 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may varyfor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route isavailable via Thaxted Way, Quendon Drive and vice versa.

Notice is hereby given thatEssex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2) and 4(1) and Part III of Schedule 9ofthe Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To introduce anoentryfor vehicles travelling southbound on Lower Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, at a point approximately 19.5 metres south of its junction with Goldings Road. Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 25 February 2020.
